Horrible service , salespeople were unprepared, had no k owl edge of the vehicle. When I discovered issues with the vehicle after and agreed on a price the manager pulled back his offer after he discovered it will cost them more to fix the issues. Totally unprofessional dealership !!

Working with Passport Nissan of Alexandria was a very positive experience. My sales associate, Kevin Galang, contacted me within an hour of my online inquiry about the vehicle. He was most helpful during my in-person visit and subsequent purchase of the car. He could not have been more pleasant, courteous and helpful. Sam, the manager, and Ryan, the finance director, were also excellent to work with. These three gentlemen made my car-buying experience truly exceptional.

I bought a cash from this scoundrels dealership. Their customer service is horrible! They lied about everything, from their advertising to delivering my title, which I am still waiting on nearly two months after purchase. They even refused to extend my 30 day temp tag even though DMV suggested it. have lost use of my car I paid cash for. These people are pathetic!

Complete misrepresentation of vehicle. Had 1000 more miles, many paint scrapes, scratches. Paint also bubbled up around fender wells. Tires barely pass inspection, would need replaced.

Victoria has been very up front on everything. She took video of the truck and sent it to me, answered all of my questions, and explained the process of inspection in her state so I know what is required. I will be picking up the vehicle this Saturday and hope the everything is as transparent and easy going as Victoria has been.

The vehicle was clean & had just about everything i was looking for. However, whomever is writing the description of the vehicle needs to make sure that the vehicle has exactly what they post. The people was very professional & easy to talk to. I was very comfortable & confident with them. Great service!

Talked to dealer about purchasing 2011 Silverado from 11/30/20-12/01/20. Dealer assured us that truck was in excellent condition(paint,body,etc). Drove three hours to purchase truck. While looking over truck noticed that truck was rusting on wheel wells on both sides of bed, paint faded on hood, and the frame was rusting out severely. All these areas could have discussed w/ honesty by dealer and not waste my time. Questions about these areas where asked before making drive and dealer lied

They answered all of my questions quite satisfactory but when I was going to schedule an appointment to view the car I was told that it was already sold a day or two earlier and nothing else on their website interested me so I never went to their dealership.

I had a great expience at Advance Auto. Bought a 2014 Ford Escape, very clean at a good price. Mark is a great guy, decent and honest person. I would recommend this small dealership over others!!

This Dealer is wonderful. I have seen alot of cars and gone to several dealerships..but t cedars cars is out standing. Customer service is excellent. Very organized and straight to the point. I really, really appreciated the service. What the dealer tells you is what you get. He really takes time to listen to the customer. To make even better, he has a system which compares different interest rates. If this is not the place, nowhere else.

Dealer has horrible reviews. I was on my way to look at a car, and he texted me to tell me there had been a mistake And the car was actually $1000 more than the price on the internet. Also several reviews said there were "problems" with the validity of the Carfax reports they were shown. I would have questioned the reviews till I received the text that said there was a mistake in the price.

The dealer that contacted me was very helpful and offered me answers to all of my questions. I plan to speak with this dealer further when I am ready to make a purchase. Excellent customer service!

Slow to respond. I had to message again for a response. Then i was hit with a $1,000.00 processing fee after i made an offer. Decided not to do business with this shady car lot.

I must say that I did get an automated response from Bomnin. However, after repeated emails requesting further information, I received no additional responses. I requested information on a few of the trucks they offered over the course of a couple of weeks. This may be the type of dealer you will have to call, as oppose to just emailing, for further information. Would have bought a couple of the different trucks I was looking at too.
