Great, no issues

Quick response to my inquiry. The car I test drove was a cute car, but the cost was too high for the damage I saw. Customer service was ok but not great. The salesperson definitely had patience when I checked out 3 cars but smoked in front of my husband who has asthma. What you see is what you get kind of place.

They were courteous to get back to me!

My question is about the number of seats in the car. I am looking for a Mazda CX 9 for 7 people. The seller informed me that this is what he is selling the car. After placing the photos in the advertisement, it turned out that the car has 6 seats. A somewhat unreliable worker.

Staff nice but they had no knowledge of their vehicles. One vehicle we drove, nothing worked and check engine light on. They could not give me ann answers. Would not go back there.

Even though the salesperson tried to be attentive it was impossible due to high volume of customers. And partially my fault because I was late and did call in to say so. The car was ready. But there was significant damage to the interior to vehicle that was not shown in photos. And the dealer's attitude was it is a used car so you should accept it as is. Just didn't like attitude.

Great personal, easy to work with and always responds

Sales person not personable. Brought vehicle from back lot to us and just left it running and said spend as much time as want to look at it. He just walked away and did not offer a test ride or answer any questions. Car was so filthy inside I would not even sit in it.

Within a short time I received a text to schedule an appointment to look at the car. I applied for a loan and was approved but Amy reached out to other lenders to get the best rate. I picked up the car 4 days later. Everything was explained to me. Nicole was a fantastic sales person. The dealership on a whole is very professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with.

Worst dealer ever. I drobe 1 hour and when arrived I was greeted with a "whats your credit score?, do you work?" VS a hello. Owner has no manners whats so ever.

Service was fine but took a while. Car was damaged when it was brought up for us to look at it. Major damaged to the passenger side rear bumper and passenger side rear taillight. This was not described in the details of the car, so it was a waste of a trip.

Did not end up purchasing but salesmen was very helpful sending more images and videos on vehicle.

The experience was very pleasant. The sales person was very polite and not overbearing. The car was not exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a silver Maserati and the Gengras Maserati was a dark gray.

Waste of time. Even though the salesperson told me to come in at a specific time to test drive the vehicle...they did not have the Trailblazer on the lot.

No rush no pressure professionalism

27 photos but they purposely leave out the area with over 3k in damages. Drove 3 hours round trip to look at the vehicle for 3 seconds and see the damage. Complete waste of time. Vehicle still listed without mentioning the major repairs needed. Shady shady shady.

Did not have car pulled around as they said it would be. Showroom is a call center. A landscape of cars. Car wasn’t given a second look on the interior. So it was doubtful it was checked out mechanically. Agent was helpful and good natured.

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from Bristol Auto Center, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My call was returned promptly, scheduling a test drive was easy, and the car was very clean and ready to go when I arrived. It is clear that they take pride in what they do and put the customer first. They sell high quality cars at fair prices. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout the process.

Amazing experience. I worked with Mark and he went above and beyond. A couple times I wanted to give up but Mark told me to be patient and he did everything and them some to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. I am going to reccomend this to all my friends.
