The salesman was great but the truck wasn’t, it was not even cleaned up and it had been in a few fender benders. But the drive to the dealer was fantastic really enjoy the trip.

Excellent. Salesman was very familiar with his vehicles, even though it was a used car taken as trade in. Vehicle was available and cleaned at scheduled time. Price is competitive.

Sales guy very nice but offered me a low trade in value then two minutes after I left they texted me asking I would accept a diff amount a tad higher. They should have had their final offer to me while I was there and they would have sold me but they waited til I was gone, drove to another dealer and they got the sale.

The dealer was able to sell me the truck from a distance and deliver it 194 miles away to my home. It was everything the ad said when I saw it upon delivery for the first time. Since the time I was called about the car, the person who contacted me was rude. When I got to see the car, I realized that I didn't have my driver's license. But after the seller found that out. She was rude and asking questions that bothered me. Like if I had credit, or how did I expect to get a car, if I was legal on the USA. Started to be racist. So I left the dealer and didn't come back.

We purchased a 2017 White Lexus RX350 with 16000 miles on it. My wife and I had our reservations because the prices were so good but this was our absolute best used car purchase, ever! Eli and Jackie were wonderful to work with and they gave us a fair price on our trade in. If We ever need another Lexus down the road, this is the first place that we will look!

I was excited for finding a car I’ve been researching for 2years. At first I got fast responses, then none at all. Give my number for the second time and received a message that him or an associate will try back. Nothing. I tried back and was on hold for 10min each time. That’s hard to do when working or in town doing errands. All I wanted to do was buy a car. No financing, paying cash. So you could say I’m unhappy. Thank you for your time.

The first time I went to look at this car the battery was dead and it wouldn't start.. a week later I went back to look at it again.. I took my checkbook with every intention of paying cash for the car but but they were so rude that I ended up leaving!
