"I had made a appointment to come look at a car so they knew I was coming. When I got in the car the low tire pressure warning was on, and it looked like the car had not been detailed on the inside. There was sticky spots on the dash and red stuf on different parts of the roof. I was disappointed to see they had not taken the time to make it right for me. I had been talking with Maddie and Monica over text and email -- neither of them came and talked with me like they said they would when I arrived. A lot of people in the dealership were very unfriendly and walked right past you without saying a word. The lady I had didn't say more then 10 words the whole time I was with her. Said nothing about the aspects of the car or didn't help when I was trying to navigate buttons on the test drive. Very disappointed! "

"It was good but they dropped the cost of the "added service" of vehicle tracking on top of the agreed purchase price when we got there. Nothing we wanted, needed, or agreed upon and still had to pay to have the "secret" device removed to the tune of several hundred dollars instead of the $1800 plus to leave it. If we hadn't driven 1000 miles to get it we'd have driven away and continued looking."
