Experience was okay. Truck sold before I could look at it and they informed me of the sale promptly. They were not too forthcoming with financing options, though. Like, how would the price of the truck change if I financed it through my own lender.

William and JP were very nice, had appointment at 3pm and were still there at 7pm at closing. That didn't mean anything. Both stayed with us and gave us time to think about car we were looking at. We drove from Ct. And didnt feel pressured at all. Would definitely recommend dealership, now I hope we get the car!!!

put a deposit down for a car on Wednesday. Was told I would get a call back on Friday with details to pick up car on Saturday. No call received on Friday called Saturday morning and unable to speak to salesperson. Asked for call back at 11Am or return refund. Was told that car was taken out on Friday and involved in accident and deposit would be returned. As of today Tuesday no deposit has been returned.

Didn’t buy but when I went and spent 2 hours they didn’t seem to know what car I was looking for. Seems like lot has a lot of cars missing parts including one with a windshield. My guess is they buy mostly auction cars that need work.

Excellent phone communication

Very Friendly over the phone. Gave me an Edmunds appraisal for a trade in. Could not provide pictures of the vehicle or any other information. Did not respond to emails or txts. I was not willing to travel without the requested info. Did not go to the dealership.

Responded right away but vehicle was sold. Has been very helpful at looking for another similar. Do not like though that the advertised price didn't include a $2000 down and other fees besides tax and title. Feels like baiting.

Helpfull but still looking. Well. Never got to dealer, but he was helpful on phone.

finally got someone on the phone after several attempts. Then they said the price they advertised was after a $1995 down payment. I asked where that was listed and she said you have to dig down into the details on the listing. Typical used car mentality.

Very kind and professional. Accommodating and they don’t charge BS fees like dealerships. I didn’t like the vehicle I went to see but I would go back if they have something I like. They don’t stalk you like some other places but they follow up.

The owner is very dishonest. He sold me a pickup truck and the truck broke down the same day. He made me pay to tow the truck back to the shop. Refuse to refund my money. Called the police on me. I had to argue hard with him. He finally game me my refund. You can check the dealer reviews. A lot of people had problem with the dealer.

The dealer was a real pleasure to work with. I didn't wind up purchasing a car there but my experience seeing the car and test driving it was very positive.

Contacted them about a car that was Cargurus for almost a year they said they had it ...then it sold the next day..sounds strange to me..but oh well

No rush no pressure professionalism

27 photos but they purposely leave out the area with over 3k in damages. Drove 3 hours round trip to look at the vehicle for 3 seconds and see the damage. Complete waste of time. Vehicle still listed without mentioning the major repairs needed. Shady shady shady.

Did not have car pulled around as they said it would be. Showroom is a call center. A landscape of cars. Car wasn’t given a second look on the interior. So it was doubtful it was checked out mechanically. Agent was helpful and good natured.

They didn't call me back to make my appointment, and who answer the phone was very rude.

My experience at millennium was great, A special shout out to mike b. For helping me take my new daytona charger home, amazing customer service, they were there every step of the way definitely recommend.

I really wanted this car but the deal called me one day before the appointment to tell me the car was sold I was sad but at least they let me know. I appreciated that a lot hopefully soon they’ll have another car for me.

We didn't even make it into the store a gentleman out in the front told us that we couldn't Park inside the dealership he directed us to park in a no parking zone. I told him no way and that he can have his car and I went to a different dealership I went to beacon and I bought my car there. Can't believe that a dealership does not have parking for their clients. It was an awful experience and didn't even make it inside, btw we had an appointment.

Sales person not personable. Brought vehicle from back lot to us and just left it running and said spend as much time as want to look at it. He just walked away and did not offer a test ride or answer any questions. Car was so filthy inside I would not even sit in it.
