High pressure sales tactics, they don’t allow you to take invoices home so you can’t review prices and agreements at home, and attempt to force you to make a decision on the spot. Very scummy and underhanded business practices at this dealership.

First time not going to the big dealership, Best decision ever,Sam, Manny were the most helpful and honest people I ever dealt with. I had everything sorted out in about 4 hours drove off with a 2014 BMW 750. I had a problem with the passenger door lock after I purchased the vehicle call them up and they took care of it no questions asked. Great service, would not hesitate to recommend them.

Although this sales lot is in a bit of a difficult location, with limited parking; both Mr. Cornish, ( Peter), and Thomas, were professional and helpful in arranging a test drive, and in prepping the vehicle for pickup.

The SUV looked ok at first then see the back an it had a dent would be a good deal if that wasn't there

Dealership was very friendly, honest and gave me a great deal on the 2010 Ford Mustang. Couldn't have done better.

I was told the price was a cash price only, they wanted 3000 more for me to finance!? Seriously shady vibe, left asap.

Internet manager responded promptly; only partially answered my questions. Avoided and became significantly less communicative and even argumentative when I asked for her bottom-line price. I am 4 hours away so it wasn't reasonable for me to drive out and have that conversation after a test drive. Hours later, I was contacted by a salesperson who was much nicer and more helpful. I am on the fence as to whether I would recommend, but leaning toward "no."

Didn't answer my questions. I e-mailed them and answered a series of questions about the car and financing. I let them know that e-mail was the best way to talk to me. They e-mailed me back a phone number. I'm a very process-driven person, and I don't like phone calls because what was said very typically has a way of changing. E-mail keeps a clear record of communications. So, yeah, they're welcome to sell it to somebody who takes phone calls. That person is not me.

I Highly recommend Auction Motors and Evo if you are in the market for an inexpensive used vehicle. The car we bought is in excellent condition, paperwork was done fast and it was more than a great deal. Made the whole process simple and easy. Pleasure doing business with!

I read a good amount of the most recent reviews, and was under the impression i had to be very specific about the vehicle i wish to see. Spoke with their rep over the phone and asked specifically if the car i wanted to see was available to see they said yes, so i scheduled an appointment, i drove 40 miles and go the lot just to find out the vehicle wasnt available? Thanks for wasting my time !!!

The vehicle was delivered same day.

I was told I'd need 5k down for a 9k car. Not sure what banks they use or if they are just trying to make a ton of money on everyone but I bought somewhere else with 500 bucks. Maybe they just don't know or dont want to try?! Not sure but was a total waste of time.
