Started down the road of talk about possible finance etc. They asked for a credit card number to hold the car – was told it was fully refundable and would not charge the card unless the deal moved forward. They still went ahead and charged the card. The deal was not amical and finance options were horrible. In addition, they kept pushing extra charges onto the deal. Had to tell them three times to remove the extra etching and dealer extra fees to work the numbers. I asked that they reverse the credit card change – They have ignored all requests and now opened a dispute with the credit card company related to this. I would avoid this dealer at all costs."
