2014 Toyota Corolla S for Sale in Miami, FL

Contacted, got email back they would follow up, but no further information from a sales representative. Another email a week later asking if they had answered my question. But no one besides that emailed me and answered my questions.

Lucy@Miami Lakes responded very quickly to my request for information. Professional interaction. I'm not located close to them ,but would definitely consider buying from them. Unfortunately, someone else purchased the vehicle I was interested in. Through no fault of the dealer. I just couldn't put everything in place fast enough. Would consider using them in the future.

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. The internet customer service people tried to be helpful. I could never get to speak to a salesperson about structuring a deal. They kept giving me excuses as to why I wasn't contacted. Gave up trying to buy their car. I would not recommend Miami Lakes Auto Mall. They get an F in customer service!!

I had a great experience at the dealer talking with Gary. I had done my research so knew the car I wanted. I took a test drive and Gary answered all my questions. I really liked the fact that the paperwork was all on Doc u sign, made it fast and easy and I was not there for hours, like I had experienced at other dealers. The other part I liked, I had Gary all the way through the process, start to finish.

Very good response and promptly. Another one I am very interested in buying but damn COVID-19 situation is tough in Florida right now.

Great place they couldn't get me the deal I wanted on the car I originally wanted but the general manager Bijion was amazing called me back the next day with a better deal which I ended up taking!

So far they have shown me nothing but great service, they have worked with me even me being out of state.
