Millage is incorrect as they are using this car as a daily driver. Dealer rep lied to me stating the car was getting detailed while at a sales persons house because he uses it every day . Car was not available to be seen after I drove an hr to get there

We went to look at the vehicle and it had major scratches on the doors the vehicle is not the same vehicle that was in the pictures

Talked me into a new car so I fell for it and when I left the dealer the check engine lite came on. Took it back and it had trans issues. (14 miles on the car) told them I wanted a different car and after they gave me a loaner for 4 days told me my financing didn’t go through. Do they make it a habit of letting people go home with a brand new car and days later say they can’t have it? Never going there again.

Ray Chevrolet was very good to deal with. Unfortunately the truck I wanted was sold and there were no others on the lot. They did offer to continue to look for me. I liked the fact that they gave you the total out of the dealership price including tax, title and license.

I purchased a 2004 Mini from them ! Easy to locate business, in Plymouth ! Another Plus is that the owner is a car guy and has Road America interests ! Clean office and shop ! ( A real Car Guys Office etc ) Lots of neat car STUFF ! Excellent to work with ! Went thru with me about all features about the Mini ! And helped me get the Mini to my location. Answered my many questions ! that I had while at the shop and answered my e mails about care ? of the Mini !

The car had issues they were not aware of. Drive shaft had a problem. We negotiated a better price to offset that. Nice people, easy to work with.

Tony was very responsive. When I asked for more pictures, he took many, showed the areas I was concerned about, and they were clear. There wasn’t any pressure. No complaints at all.
