They were very attentive to my requests, always friendly and fair pricing...the only thing that disappointed me was that I never received a the buyer older in time to compare the car to a Scion that my Grandson was buying in Memphis. A video of the car they emailed me did not come through, only the promo...they dropped the ball at a crucial point in time. I would have preferred this BRZ to the Scion...a Better buy, but the grandson forged on. I would give Napleton a 4.5 ~

We drove up to purchase the car but since we did not want their financing they wanted to up the price more than it was listed for.

Overall our experience was good. I can't fault them at all. The only issue we had is that we paid more than we expected to pay. But that had nothing to do with the people and the experience. Moise helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Overall I would recommend. But I do have to say even though we paid more than expected they did negotiate and help me out. Vehicle was clean and top notch.

Do not waste your time.. On their 2012 f250 with 27k It is a rust bucket.. I drove over 3 hrs.. Wasted a whole Saturday.. The salesman was friendly.. But didn't take true photos of the level of rust on the truck.. It ran like a champ but every panel was either rusted or rotted.. I spoke to the salesman for a week asking if this truck was worth my drive.. He did apologize for time wasted..

When the listing states it has a moonroof, I email and AGAIN get told it has a moonroof, followup again before I make the drive and then told, actually, no. it doesn't. Seems to be a problem with lots of listing so they show up when searching maybe?

Very easy-going people and a great experience overall. They weren’t pushy like some dealerships, they were very kind and patient. They sell very reliable cars, I bought a 2008 Toyota Prius from them on feb 5th 2021.

This dealer lied in its listing. This truck is only an LT1 not an LT3. They knew that and their listing was meant to be deceiving.

I’m just beginning the process but they were prompt in responding to my inquiries.

The dealer responded within 24 hours and informed me the vehicle was sold. This car was listed for a couple days after it was sold. I’m familiar with this dealer and they are very friendly and provide a no hassle experience for car buying.

Went down to check out 3 cars. 2 of them sold in the morning. It would have been nice if they had informed me. Those cars are still listed for sale. Weak in updating their gurus page. Online person answered all my questions. In person sales person was great help.

i asked the dealership to send me pictures because I was unsure about the navigation system, and she told me that if I needed to be reassured that this car had everything that I needed, that I could look at the pictures online.
