Asked if it could be cleaned and was told " he wouldn't trust his guys to do a good job, and said I would do a better job myself, this is what you can use" giving me the cleaning remedy! Then the next day (Sunday) when I was washing the exterior, I noticed a crack in the lower passenger side window. Called the Salesman, he put me on hold for a moment and came nacl stating, none of the service records had the crack on them. "Plus with it being a used car, they can't be replacing all windshields and everything that's wrong with a used car, due to the money that could get tied up in it" O.K. That's understandable, but it was as if I cracked the windshiel and was trying to get them to fix it? I guess unless your buying a new Lexus, the service is, Thanks for getting this car off our lot! If you have any problems, remember it's a USED car? I haven't heard from them since I bought the car, but had 6-7 calls before the sale! Might just be me? "
