They were very welcoming, were willing to work with you no matter the outcome of each situation. They were great host unlike most dealership that I've experienced they just either ignore you until you speak up or look down at you.

Emails ignored mostly, and unable to get required info on vehicles. Postings go weeks with no images. Probably depends on particular staff issues.

It has been a brutal experience trying to contact this dealership. I have received what I would assume are automated emails and texts, when I reply I get no response. From other reviews I've read, poor communication is a common problem others have with this dealership.

Slow service even though we asked to have everything ready as we were coming 2.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. Our a salesperson was very nice and apologized over and over. Not her fault they only have 1 finance person. Great prices.

They checked my credit told me to wait and never came back the sales man start working on someone else I told him I'm leaving let me know and he never called

they did reach out however when I tried to contact them to work on price I never heard back, no conversation, no dialog. I went back in and sentkn another request to get a call that the cat had sold. ok, thanks for your help.

This is absolutely CRAZY that the price dropped because when i spoke to dealership 2 weeks ago they said the jeep had been sold. Not sure what to think but i would take my money else where People Shady!!

The price listed is not an honest or accurate price. The price is based on multiple incentives that won't all apply to you. For instance, you would need to be in real estate, but also be a first responder. Sure, I'm a first responder real estate agent. At least the gentleman on the phone was polite - vague and unhelpful, but polite.

Fast response time! Automobile needs a solid cleaning. Excessive pricing! Have purchased used Pontiac’s here before and I ended up doing extensive repairs soon thereafter.

The dealer was unresponsive. Then when I did get a hold of them they were rude and impatient. It seriously didn't seem like they wanted my business.

Purchased the vehicle. Salesman (Ray) was very helpful. Was not happy about the additional 1300 "add-on" for cleaning, supposed oil change (not done)... Overall a good experience.

What a horrible experience! Crappy service, vehicle was junk (bad trans, wrong size tires, no brakes, had no fuel in it for the test drive, etc.), very inexperienced salesman. Would never recommend anyone to go there........

Dealer very prompt and respectful. Confussed about car looking at was sure about accident damage. Has sold car 3x in past few years and had no idea when on phone why owner got ride of so fast car fax say no accident but vin# does so don't trust deal at this point

Maybe the person I spoke with was busy but he didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. I inquired about a vehicle, he quoted a price and then I said it was kinda high. Usually they will say let me see what else we have or ask what's my budget etc. But this guy just said ok and hung up the phone. I just thought that was a little rude.

Spoke with the salesman Angle set up a time for my wife and to make the purchase only to find out after an hour of driving to get there that it was a different Escalade they had and it was junk. Very disappointed considering that I purchased my last 2 vehicles from them....

Booked test drive appt. drove over an hour to get there. Vehicle wasn’t ready... not gassed, not washed. Loved the car. Took almost 4 hours to purchase. Finally drive off the lot and run out of gas before I even get back to WI. Detailing was subpar also.

Experience was good. Just the car wasn’t in the best shape. Lots of dings and such, but the salesman seemed nice.

My overall experience with MB of St. Charles was top tier. Tom's communication and prep for my arrival was courteous and professional, while Joel's was personable and clear in the 'dealings'. The experience was among the best I have ever experienced. I would confidently recommend MB of St. Charles given this experience.
