I had an hour and half drive to get there so asked them to send pictures of the underside of vehicle looking for rust. It was my biggest concern and I told him I did not want to waste a trip if the car had any rust damage. Was told this was difficult to do. Eventually some pictures were sent - no rust evident Was asked to make an appointment I did. When I got there I waited for 20 minutes. (Was told my sales assistant had stepped out ) I texted him and he said he was busy with another client and would be there in another 20 minutes. I checked out the car myself. took my own pictures easily, which showed pitted rust on many places on the chassis. Seats were damaged probably by an animal as there was animal hair in the car. There were several dings and scratches and chips in the windscreen. I admit this is a used car and to be expected. However hiding the rust from me and wasting my time is not forgivable. When I explained my concerns the sales man shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Very poor customer service."
