Only mistakes they can repossess. $4500 over fair market value based on its own VIN number. And the manager had the nerve to call this asking price fair...

I have enough confidence in these guys that I will drive 7 hours AGAIN if I need another vehicle. They were very fair, polite, and transparent throughout the entire process. The truck was ready for me when I got there. I traded a truck, bought a truck, and signed the papers all within 2 hours, and I am absolutely not an easy customer. I can't say enough about how easy and enjoyable they made the transaction.

After a 4 hour drive to the dealership, we hoped not to spend 4 more hours on the paperwork. Richard had us done an ready to go in about 30 minutes. Was told the vehicle I was interested in was being recondition and was not on the lot. Sales person said he would let know when the vehicle was on his lot, probably by the weekend. Never notified. Vehicle was sold.

They keep advertising the ML450 online, but they do not have the vehicle. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, the salesman was a smart mouth. I wouldn't buy from him if they did have the vehicle

Dealer was quick to respond and held the car for a certain period of time for arrival to test drive. The dealer was friendly and very professional and the price was to good to pass up.

There was damaged on the cloth roof top & right side door, & the emblem VW removed from trunk area. Test drove sound good...dont know if it's worth fixing up?

We ended up buying a 2013 Mazda 3 from Carma Auto. Everyone there was beyond awesome.

They gave me appointment to see the car. I came for appointment driving over 60 miles after getting there,they told me to wait because they were going to bring the car around for me to see and text drive. I waited for half an hour and then they came and told me they have sold the car and they have audacity to tell me they recommend another dealer which is about two miles from themto check them out.

It sucks instead of send me info about the truck I ask for they blew up my email with others I cared nothing about
