All the salesman said was that they sell cars across country all the time. We spoke about pricing and a few days later, someone with a middle eastern accent called me back and said he was the owner. As we were talking about the acquisition of the vehicle, the owner tells me there would be a $2000 transport fee. I explained that the salesman neglected to tell me there would be a $2000 shipping fee and the "owner" rudely interrupted and said it was "common sense." So in essense, not only was he rude, but he insinuated that I had no common sense. I tried to be polite as possible and he continued to be rude as can be, so I hung up on him mid- conversation. I won't be buying from this dealership. "

I couldn't find another B6 anywhere in the country with all of the options and a color I wanted. It is beautiful, as described. I found Horatiu to be frank and very helpful in walking me through the uncertainty of such an expensive purchase from 2500 miles away. He answered all of my questions quickly, helped set up the inspection at a local BMW dealer, made me a few extra keys for the wheels, and after the deal was done, money wired and car shipped, continued to be responsive when I had a question or needed additional paperwork. I am not a person who likes to bargain, so for me, knowing that he sets a price and sticks to it, was a definite plus! The car is currently at my BMW dealer, getting wrapped and snow tires and a few other extras, and it is getting admiring looks from customers and the BMW dealer employees. Thank you very much, Horatiu! (and yes, dear reader, this is the same review I have posted on Yelp)"
