I actually had an email agreement with the salesperson to purchase a car. I explained to the salesperson that I had to go to my bank and pick up a check (paid in full) for the car. The salesperson responded via email saying, "she will have the car ready for me." Once I got there, the salesperson was out on a test drive with another customer. I was also informed that I was contacted by the salesperson via email because she did not have my contact number to inform me that someone has put a deposit on the car even though I told the salesperson I was on my way with a check with the entire cost of the car. I spoke with the manager who displayed to me that he could definitely careless and said to me, "How would you feel if you put a deposit down on a car and when you returned, the car was gone?" By the way, I was never offered or suggested that I should put down a deposit for the car. The rating should be a zero rating."
