The following day I discovered there was a problem with the touch screen radio/navigation screen. There is also some type of shortage in the key when I pop the back automatic trunk. Several times the trunk got stuck. When I contacted the dealership I was told it would take a few days to get the vehicle back in for service. They offered to pay my deductible for getting the work done...which makes me very nervous for any other "hidden" issues the vehicle has which you wouldn't be able to tell unless you're in it a little longer than a test drive. Also, if I had not purchased the extra warranty...I feel like I would have been out of luck. I was told that I could not reverse the trade since my paperwork had already been submitted (in a matter of 2-3 days). In this regard, I feel like the customer service aspect is poor. I have been accustomed to swift response of service regarding issues which were not in my realm of control. I still have to wait over the weekend to see about when I can get the vehicle in for service. My time is very valuable and due to all of the extra time and effort I have already put and will still need to put into getting this issue resolved, in retrospect, I would have gone to another dealership. "

I have put less than 1,600 miles on this pickup truck and it's already going into shop four major oil leak and leaking radiator. I recommend anybody purchasing a vehicle have it inspected by a reputable mechanic."
