Used 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for Sale in Illinois

I expressed interest in a vehicle and instead of waiting for a reply back they have called me, texted me, and emailed me several times a day for the past week. I appreciate the dedication to make a sale, but it was starting to become harassment. I bought a vehicle elsewhere.

I did not purchase the vehicle but staff was friendly and eager to help me through the process

Made an appointment to go see the car and when I got there two hrs later they said it had just sold and tried selling me a crappier car.

I got a quick response in an out the door price over the phone didn’t really sound like they would negotiate much on the price but they didn’t answer all my questions

They were very attentive with me on my interest in one of there vehicles they were selling, I didn't get the chance to meet in person due to I had to work last minute and not make it to the dealer to look at the truck in question.

I founded it real disrespectful they show me the suv the way the got it never intended to clean it and go to service inspection I didn’t want to go inside the suv so dirty and gross after a test drive I notice I was going to send a lot of money on suspension issues. If that’s the want to stay in business for long time That’s not the way.

This dealership add extra costs to the price of the car. Saying it’s a Restore fee to put the car back in it’s original form. I think that’s not right, the car should be what they listed it for. I don’t think I will be back again, because I asked him to take off the warranty and they wouldn’t take it off my Contract. The business manager told me if I took off the warranty that he would not sell me the car. I did love the car so I perceived with buying it.

Although the vehicle ran good I brought it back after (2) two days to get some things fixed witch included, charging the a/c , replacing the air filter, replacing a broken driver side miror and the dealer promised to repair and a bad airbag senser.Well they kept missing vehicle for three days and and they only replaced (the airbag senser and changed the oil.)

Drove 70 miles for a vehicle they had sold. First pretended that he missed ng the keys then acted like the sales rep had gone to lunch

Had me come a hour and 40 minutes thinking I had the vehicle, once I got there they ran several for several financing companies which O didn't authorize told me he would get to rolling that everything looked great, then said I need a co signer because I didn't have credit but the lenders could put in me a 2013 BMW that I didn't want to I wasted a whole day for absolutely NOTHING!! I will NEVER go there again!!!

The sales agent was great. Management had low balled my trade in, they come up on trade in value. The surprising thing were hidden charges that was not part of the initial sticker price. Was not even asked if I wanted them. This should be added to the sticker price to show up front pricing.

Tony was great - Responsive, attentive, and friendly. I didn’t end up buying the car I went to see, but I would shop here again if the right car becomes available.

I was pretty disappointed because I send them a message a few times before Tino got back to me. And then I ask if his dealer is willing to finance my purchase. He NEVER responded back after I ask if his dealer offer financing for the car even thought I send a follow up email. Very unprofessional. I take my money and business else where.
