Worst experience ever with a car lot. I told the sales person that we lived 50 miles each way and if the car sold to let us know. Well we shows up and they sold the car. Was not happy

Never got the chance to meet the manager but the vehicle had a salvage title and I didn’t want that but at least was nice enough to offer a test drive they could have mention that on the title being that I’m driving three hours to look at it

Vroom customer service all around from sales to contract is slow and often do not care that you're buying a car from them. I often find myself calling them to see where I'm at in the process. A week ago I decided to get this van and I haven't even talked to no one about delivery/pickup. Just do dealership or private sales. You pay extra here, for what? You to do all the work?

Apparently there’s a problem with the contract, but no one can tell me what. Every time I call I get a different person who doesn’t know what is going on.

Everything was fine until I was told to give them 500 dollars to take the car of the web which I didn’t understand for what reason if I’m getting the car it’s going to get taken off remind you that I submitted all my info an we both spoke to my bank smh

Dealer returned my call right away and provided me with setails about the vehicle. I did not visit the dealer as anothwr vehicle I was interested in became availble elsewhere. Thank you.

I've purchased a few used cars but the experience I had with Jay and his team at Trust Motors is undoubtedly the best experience I have had to date. I had a few minor concerns with my vehicle and Jay had it taken care of immediately. He even stayed late to take care of an issue, after his mechanic called out on him. Jay takes his customer service seriously and it shows! It definitely sets him apart from other dealers. Jay will take good care of you!

My son liked the car. Now, 4 days later, he had to replace the battery. It was a reconditioned on and the cable ends to the battery weren't tight. He was 75 miles from home. Glad we have auto road service. They had the battery on the truck. Otherwise, typical small private dealer lot experience.

I wasn't happy with the financials on getting the car. The way he explained it it seemed they we asking for too much on a down payment while the monthly payment would still be in the high 300's.

The dealership itself was less than clean and smelled very bad. The truck I was looking at, though great looking in the pictures was in less than fair condition on the inside and smelled like a wet dog. Though it may not have been intentional, the pictures were deceiving. This dealer doesn't seem to detail or inspect the vehicles, it's more like a buy and flip lot.

Put an inquiry on this vehicle on cargurus and right after I got a call from fredy kia from a salesperson to give me information. They gave the me availability of the vehicle the car history and the different ways of financing! When I went in I was helped by Mr.Andrew and he was such a great help! He showed me this vehicle and also showed me the different options I had. For my first time buying a car they made it very easy and smooth! I was able to drive off with a Kia Forte!

Went down to the dealership and worked with Andrew, he was very helpful! I was finally able to get the car I always wanted. They have excellent costumer service they honestly exceeded my expectations. Definitely will go back in the future to purchase another vehicle.
