We drove an hour to see this Mustang. The condition was poor .. tear on the convertible top , interior door panels unglued. The person who met us was NOT helpful or friendly. When I asked for the person I spoke to on the phone, he said he had no idea when he would be back....Terrible service.

They answered my call. When I visited the lot and walked the cars for about 5 to ten minutes..I did not see a sales person nor did anyone try to assist me.

Certified Car Center responded to my email request for information. After receiving their email, I called to verify vehicle features, known maintenance history and price. A sales rep answered my questions. I did not visit the dealer site or meet personally with sales staff. Feedback received useful in assessing prices and availability. I did not visit the dealer site.

I bought this van. Nice people but the van they were selling it had multiple issues the rear tires were bad and they replaced them the windshield was cracked and they replaced it the A/C does not work I said something to one of them but with no results if you buy a car from them PLEASE check it out thoroughly PS: they will not guarantee Maryland inspection.

Excellent. Worked with me through out the whole process. Held the vehicle for me while I was en route from Pennsylvania. Corrected the one issue I found with the vehicle without argument. Got a really nice, clean vehicle at a fair price. 30 day, 1000 mile, 100% in-house warranty. Really felt like everyone there was genuinely interested in selling me a car that I’d be happy with.

Very pleasant, and easy to talk to. Get to g ready to retire and not sure if I want to make another purchase right now. When my Family is ready we will most likely purchase from Aero Motors. Nice spection of vehicle to buy.

Representative had me fill out the credit application, and told me the car was sold , then tried to offer me a totally different car that was very old with over 100thousand miles on it. Customer service was horrible

None of my questions were answered. Just a form letter...shame, because we were very interested in this or a similar car.

My experience was great they contacted me right away. They got me financed quickly and the salesman was friendly i enjoyed the buying process.

The vehicle was never ready and it had a loud noise coming from the engine I went there three times and it's not a hop skip or jump from where I lived

Poor customer service.wasted my time coming to see a vehicle that’s wasn’t there and never even apologized for the poor service.

There is no where to park because the lot is full of cars. The van I went to see wasn't even available because someone put a down payment on it but its still online.

They were rude and it took over a week for a response.
