I had printed out the kelly blue book page which said the truck with those miles should be $17, 162 and showed it to george the manager. at the time the car was listed as 17,995 online. I said I would like to get the truck at the price the KKB listed, but if there were other features that changed the KKB quote I would be fine with the KKB price. George said "that should not be a problem". Upon returning I was told the car was still in the shop, that the car really should have been listed as $18,995 (I noticed it has now been changed to that on line), and that there was "no way they could let it go at the KKB quote, they just had too much in it now that it had been to the shop". Fine it is their car to sell, just don't tell me you will honor the KKB price in order to get me to return and then change your stance on honoring your word to accept the KKB price."

Then receiving a call a few days later, I was told to apply for financing online. I did, with no response nearly all day I reached out and then was told I would be called 11am the next day. So the next day comes, and its already past 11am. I reach out mid afternoon around 3 or 4pm and was told "let me check with you in an hour." It is now the next day again, TODAY. Still no update. Very unprofessional. I suppose that's what I Get for dealing with mediocre dealerships. Just going to forget the car, and whatever chance I may have had getting into it. "
