I was told in my final visit, the banks will not approve financing discontinued automobiles. They then showed me a really nice Scion iA. They were really nice and very customer service folks. Shortly after getting it home an engine light appeared....the wife call them and they said bring it back so they can determine what the issue was. They fixed it at no cost (it was actually a missing gas cap) . Our Salesman, Amaury (i think his name was) was honest and upfront with all our questions. Im not a fan of salespeople but this guy wasnt your normal fake salesguy.... I will likely go back to him when Im ready to replace my car. He didnt try to tell you what you wanted to hear, he showed us where there was issues...as minor as they were and he proactively fixed an issue he noticed while we inspected the vehicle...he didnt wait for us to ask or hope it would go unnoticed.
