"I am giving this dealer the worst rating of all time. Never in my 30-plus years of buying cars in several States have I been treated this way. I went to the dealership after getting an alert from CarGurus that the price had dropped, the next morning I test drove the car, negotiated a price, signed a credit app, and assumed that I was buying a car the next morning. I had lined up a ride and got to the dealership approximately 10 a.m. and was informed that they had sold my car. They also told me they did not run my credit, which was a flat-out lie since I got a notice telling me that my credit had been checked. This may not be illegal, but it is definitely unethical. I would suggest anyone looking for a car to steer away from All Star. I had read several other reviews of similar situations happening with this company, so apparently it is allowed by management."

"Just want to say, that i am not impressed with my experience with this dealer.
If someone contacts you and says we will pay in full if numbers are right you
make the numbers right. The sales man, seemed to not know who he was
talking to on the phone at times. Then gets rude because you want to talk
with the manager. I am not going to bury this dealer for one bad sales man.
But what i will say is that this salesman cost him a sale today. You guys have
very nice cars on the lot, but i am not impressed with the sales person. "
