Instead of continuing to answer my questions via phone they just told me to drive to airway heights. I said I was not sure I would be able to make that trip on that particular day. They continued to call, text, and email me for the next 3 days telling me they had pulled the vehicle up front and it was waiting for me even though I had not made an appointment or a trip to visit them. I felt they were just eager to make a sale but not eager to treat me with patience and respect and answer all of my questions. I would not work with this dealership again. It just left me with an overall negative feeling. "
