I had talked with them about what we could afford to do and the man I spoke to had told me that they could do a certain price and when I drove up there, he looked my husband in the eye and said "Obviously we can not do this price". The price was the only reason we wasted our night to go up there. The sales manager kept trying to get us to finance the full amount which at the time was $9,995, we were going to buy the car with cash. I told them over the phone that I could not go any higher than the amount of cash that I had. And when we tried to leave no one would stop trying to stop us from leaving asking if we could finance the full amount and by the time they started to piss my husband off he had to tell them " I'm really trying to not be rude but I'm about to just walk away." Even after saying that they still would not leave us alone. I will NEVER go back to this dealership even if they offered a car for free. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with."

As far as dealer response, they (Amanda & Larry) did reply. However, their replies avoided answering the specific questions I asked. Amanda just wanted me to come test drive, but wasn't helpful with questions. I live 4hrs away from the dealer, and was trying to get as much info as possible before deciding whether or not to make the drive to their location. My credit situation is challenged so I finally decided to fill out the PRE-QUALIFY form even though I had no answers to my questions. Via email I let Larry know that I filled out the pre-qualify form. He replied that he would check on it, but later informed me that he didn't see it (form). I provided the reference number from my pre-qualify form. His reply to this was to fill out the actual CREDIT APP without providing any info about the pre-qualify form (was it found in the system or not, does it seem like I can get financing or not). More questions than answers hmmm! However, I did call the dealership once regarding the 2007 Nitro & Lorraine was great."

The promise of overnight delivery turned into a week and would have been 3 more days if I had not got insisstant. when they did their "check points" they did not reinstall the computer on top of the motor where it belongs. Also I am a little worried about the transmission, not shifting correctly on the down shift. I love the car and was exactly what I wanted but not so sure about the condition, cosmetically it is great, mechanically I am not to sure."
