He told us it was just vibration from the running boards nothing to worry about. Then I asked there mechanic if there was anything I needed to know about the car because I talke care of all my cars and my husband was so excited about this car because of the room. Well he kind of hummed and then sad that there was a preasure issue so he flushed the system and all was good... well then we go to do the signing of the title and I find out it's not the dealerships car it's the mechanics car and low and behold we get home. The next day all kinds of lights come on and I call Randy. He says I don't know take it to someone you do business with. Well took it to have the oil changed as I always do because if not buying from a new dealership you don't know how long it's really been in and they call to our attention that there is Fluid of some sort in the coolant reservoir. Well we knew this was not good so we took it to our mechanic and low and behold it needed a new radiator they apparently had just done a fix me. He reset the engine light and I drove it and after six cranks it came back on. Onstar then did a diagnostic again and it said it was the emissions system again. So then the next step was to check the engine well low and behold the sound we heard was the fourth cylinder head that was bad and had been bad for quit a while. Needless to say we now have to put a new engine in. They will not return calls as he said they would. They say it's our problem. When the mechanic knew all along if he was a mechanic as good as they say he is. All of these problems were existing problems because the wear on these items had been there for a while. It was not something that just happened because we drove it home. I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I have never encountered any dealership to treat us like this one did. I highly, highly recommend anyone to stay away from this dealership. I really cannot believe that these people who act is so sweet and humble would not even offer to try to make something so horrid a little bit better. "
