There was no pictures on the Honda when it was listed so sent an email inquiring on the it and the sales man called me...nice guy and helpful. We discussed a few details on the car and it was the one I was looking for. He went out of his way to send me pictures and the car fax. When I received the pictures immediately I did not like the wheels and the carfax indicated it was involved in reported accident. Replied to him and explained I wasn’t interested- he never replied to me...

Awesome customer service. Nick Verhilyev must be commended for his patience (I ask many questions) and courteous follow-ups. I did not end up purchasing from them, but really considered them due to the great communication.

Very, very slow and not much help!! After turning in my paperwork for fianacing more than 2 weeks ago. I've gotten 1 phone call an email in the begining and still have not gotten an answer. If for some reason thing change I will definately remove this review and give a better one.. I just don't think it should take this long.

Purchase a vehicle listed on CarGurus. Dhir was really helpful and no pressure for anything. They have nice vehicles with really good prices. They also offer extended warranty at really good prices. Had a great experience buying a used F150. The car was detailed clean and ready for a test drive. Dhir, sales guy at the dealership didn’t try to sell us anything extra or crazy. Dealer fees were low or non existent. The whole process was fairly fast and easy. Right now we are still under pandemic so and everything was clean looking with sanitizer stations available.
