Using a 110-volt outlet to recharge the i-MiEV will take about 23 hours, while a 220-volt outlet will recharge the vehicle in about 8 hours. Among the standard features available in all trim levels of the 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV are a heated driver’s seat, speed-sensitive electric power steering, power windows, power door locks, halogen headlights, LED taillights, a 100-watt AM/FM/CD/MP3-compatible audio system with 4 speakers and 15-inch steel wheels with wheel covers. Upgrading to the SE trim adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear-shift knob, auto on/off headlight control, halogen fog lights, a 360-watt AM/FM/CD/MP3-compatible deluxe audio system with 8 speakers and 15-inch aluminum alloy wheels. Options and packages available include a navigation system, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, the FUSE hands-free link system and heated exterior mirrors.
