They responded promptly to my request on here and I went in to test drive the vehicle that Sunday afternoon. The vehicle pulled very hard to the right when I took my hands off the wheel. When we returned Mike said they just put new wheels on it and they’ll go get an alignment and for me to come back on Tuesday or Wednesday. He left with the car and Pamela came out to talk to me. She took my number and I asked her some questions about financing and she told me they could handle it when I came back. I emailed Mike when I got home as he never came back after waiting for him and said I’d like to purchase the vehicle, did he advise me to come back the next day for financing. I got an email at 11:00 today saying they sold the vehicle to someone from Yakima. I was extrememly frustrated as we were trying to purchase the vehicle yesterday, but was told to come back from Mike. Neither Pamela or Mike seemed interested in selling us anything yesterday. They said to wait for their manager to come in so I could get a better deal on my trade in. I called to ask what had happened and that from a customer service standpoint that was very frustrating. I spoke with Pamela, not once did she apologize until she asked me what I wanted and I again I said from a customer service standpoint that was extremely frustrating and an apology would be appreciated. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. "
