The car in the picture isn't the car for sale. Called to make appointment. Never advised that the car wasn't ready to sell. Cracked windshield, no working radio or information system. Vehicle terribly maintained. Waste of time and money!

Poor communication within the company bcoz while I got a message from a sale personnel in the morning to come over, on my way I got another message that the car was sold the previous night.

I made the deal with this place, was willing to pay their asking price, had the check in hand to buy the car, but this dealership is so much trouble to deal with, and they have absolutely no concept of customer relations, that I pulled out. They seem to think its my job to make them happy. I'm so glad I didn't buy from these people. Found a much better deal from a much better dealership the following week.
