Used 2012 Ford Fusion SEL for Sale in Knoxville, TN

Dealer responded by email. Was polite and professional BUT it seems the Sales Staff is not interested in following through for “contactless” sales. This was my second attempt at purchasing online with them to no avail. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere.

It was a great experience. They were very helpful and not pushy at all. Bill Presley was the salesman and he layed out all the options for me but did not try to pressure me into one or the other, I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience couldn’t have been better, our sales person Randall was very efficient, personable and kind, he answered all our questions, didn’t try to force us into anything, which to us is very important. Unfortunately the car that we were interested in was not on site, the 300 that was site was a car we would have purchased if it were not for the sport wheels, that doesn’t appeal to our senior age. We did find the exact car we were looking for at a different dealership.

Sales staff was helpful. Sales manager seems a little put off when I made a cash offer. The staff called back to offer me a unit that was already sold. Seems manager needs to have better communication with sales staff
