My 85 mud truck has less rust thin this thing. Motor doesnt sound quite right. The "dealership" is run out of a Mineke. Couldnt take it to my mechanic. Listed for $3000 over KBB value. Tried scam me out of my current vehicle, saying isnt as nice as I think. It was appraised by a licenced Toyota dealership 4 months ago. I know what I have. Just red flags all around at this place"

I purchased an '08 Cx-9 from Eli, the owner, about a week ago. Mark and Eli were incredibly prompt, polite and courteous, willing to help with everything that I needed to have a good car buying experience, as well as being very educational about the whole process. I brought it to a mechanic in the area that unfortunately seemed very rushed, it was my first car buying experience and I should have been far more insistent that he look at things more carefully, but I asked that he check the brakes and suspension specifically and he gave me a clean bill of health so I was fine to buy the car. I bought the car and brought it home to my mechanic who I've been going to for years and and they gave me the sad news that the mechanic did not do a good job, the brakes were sticking dangerously and needed to be replaced immediately because they were not safe to drive on. $500 whoopsie. Brakes were not listed under the warranty for the car, so I paid for the repairs as it would be dangerous to drive on and we live 2 hours from First Choice, wrote First Choice Auto a 4 star review, and then called Mark to explain why I had written a 4 star and not a 5 star review, because I really had enjoyed working with them and to thank them anyways because I really had a great buying experience. Mark asked tentatively if I had already had the work done and told me that they stand behind their customers and their experience and would have paid to have the car towed to them and fix it at a much lower cost if I'd reached out before having the work done. I spoke with Eli, the owner, immediately after and he asked if I trusted the mechanic I brought it to, and when I said I did he apologized that everything had happened, stated that he also wished I'd reached out to First Choice, and offered to send me a check to cover part of the work. I was so stunned by this offer; this is not something I would have gotten from any other dealer so I didn't bother reaching out to First Choice Auto before the work was done. First Choice Auto really values the customer's experience, and they are more than willing to communicate and work with you to make the car you buy the car you'll love. I am so happy with my Cx-9 and this experience and will recommend First Choice to everyone I know in the market for a new car."
