2012 Ford Explorer XLT Review

“First Ford, so far so good.”

I've only had the SUV for 24 hours, so only time will tell. I will keep posting updates with my impression of this vehicle as I drive and use more of it's expansive features. Just wondering if I need the extended warranty.

The dealer stated that he would send someone to follow me to the PA title and tag shop so that they could retrieve the sewer tag I was using to drive the car to the title and tag shop. After we had settled on a price, I told him, via text, that I would like to ensure the title was successfully transferred to me before exchanging the money for the car. The dealer stated this was not fair to him, and that no dealer would do business this way. What he failed to understand is very few consumers would purchase a car from a dealer they don’t know, while not having the title or any legally binding documentation to represent that consumers ownership of the car. The dealer was disnmissive at this point, and showed extremely poor customer service attributes. Disappointed and would not return to this dealer for purchase of a vehicle again."
