Great customer service

I must say that I did get an automated response from Bomnin. However, after repeated emails requesting further information, I received no additional responses. I requested information on a few of the trucks they offered over the course of a couple of weeks. This may be the type of dealer you will have to call, as oppose to just emailing, for further information. Would have bought a couple of the different trucks I was looking at too.

Worst car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Car was shown at 10,504.00. Drive 2.5 hours after days of handling paper work over the phone. Once I got there the car was now 11,745.00. For work that needed to be done to it. The whole experience seemed wrong. Steer WAY clear.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. They were very straight forward and worked with us to make a deal happen.

Amazing guys....wanted a 2015 GL Benz, apparently Paul was honest with me and told me the vehicle wasn’t certified to their satisfaction and he had an option for me and he ended up pulling a 2017 which honestly was within our budget but in my mind I was like we can’t afford it. Now people think Bill gates is my uncle. My second car am getting from you Paul

I kept getting ridiculous emails asking if I reviewed quote, was being assisted or how to contact me. I asked for pictures and never got them then truck was sold

This dealer has a scam with the advertisements and take people on the paper work process. They advertise online one price and when you get the paper work the price has changed to increase the price over $5,000.00 more. You claim the change and they come with different stories on why they price increases.

The SalesWoman Debra was a doll. So nice and kind and helpful so I wish I would’ve got a car there. The finance manager Mike was so very rude telling me that he does want to talk to me and if I can afford his price then I need to leave to go somewhere else and told me I’m wasting his time. Never going back.

The price listed didn't apply to me because of the region I live in. The car would have cost me another 2K. This is because of Dodge, would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The big three shouldn't be allowed to do this; American buyers should all get the same price.
