I had a very good experience at Jaguar/ Land Rover dealership. Skye was my sales person , not pushy , he went above and beyond. Stayed late to help close our deal, and was great with follow up! I definitely recommend going to see Skye and Talas, the manager as well. We will be back for our next purchase.

The salesman who contacted me was very nice and helpful throughout the whole experience. The financing guy was nice until we told no and then he was the biggest jerk. All in all it was good experience. Buying a car through a dealership is never easy and always so stressful.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment to look at a truck and drove an hour and a half to view it. Over the phone I was told the truck had no issues after a 120 point inspection. When I arrived, there was no vehicle and I was told it was being worked on for repairs.

High pressure sales, double teamed by salesman and sales manager. While looking at the selected car and just finishing a very short test drive, the sales manager came up and said if I wasn’t buying the car he had someone else waiting that wanted it. In other words- take it right now or lose it. Very un professional.

Cody and Andre was a great guys to do business with. Ididn't have to deal with the nonsense that usually comes with purchasing a vehicle. Good car buying experience!

Purchased my 2020 Buick Envision Essence from Regal Automotive in Lakeland, Florida. It was a pleasure dealing with the sales representative. After my test drive and their inspection of my trade in vehicle we negotiated and closed the deal within 10 minutes. I absolutely reccomend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle .

The salesperson was overly persistent. I gave a time I would visit in April but daily e mails, phone calls and text messages prevailed. Not courteous.

Dealer was very responsive. Car was just a little outside what I was willing to spend. They did their part.

Made inquiry about a 2012 mini. Received initial email and replied with questions. Finally received response stating car went to auction.

Unfortunately their listing was right but the salesman was wrong telling it was AWD and when I had them check it, it was not. Honest mistake but I had to pass on the deal which was a good one.

Contacted Veterans Ford and the response was quick. The salesman Omar Ramirez was very helpful to give me details on the car. After a few times back and forth I finally purchased the car. Omar is a very good Salesman. I recommend him if anyone is interested in purchasing a vehicle from Veterans Ford.

Kevin contacted me by email confirming that the car of interest was still available and would be pleased to have me come out, see and test drive the car. He was completely familiar with all features and answered all questions we asked, patiently and professionally. The dealership was uniquely friendly, non-pushy and worked well together as a smooth team.

Sales rep was very helpful but I ended up choosing a different vehicle.

I didn’t get approved to buy the suv but everyone was very nice and professional.

A horrible experience. When I agreed to buy the car at the advertised price, They raised the price. I think this is called bait and switch, bring the customer in with a fake price then change the deal. They did not seen concerned either. " So you are changing the price after I agreed to buy it". "Yes, that is correct" They only get 1 star because there is no rating in the negative.

My sales person Michele was fantastic! I contacted her 2weeks ago on Friday and went to pick the car up the next say with no problem. Great customer service! Michele Jones Sprague is the best! She knows her stuff, and I love my car.

Didn't end up buying but the salesperson that I dealt with, Luis Gonzalez was helpful and eager to close the deal. I just didn't appreciate being charged a $986.00 "reconditioning fee" on top of a $986.00 Doc fee on top of a $599.00 "Non Tax Fee" Lakeland Toyota of Lakeland Florida must have many customers that cannot read or count.....I however...am not one of them.

Store is nice looking. Good inventory as many other dealerships. They are All similar. Call you to come in. No great deals. Nothing made me want to buy from them. That's all. Same extra fees. Add 3k -4k to the price listed. Please dealerships watch some you tube on car buying. Thanks

Responded to my emails right away. Michael was very proactive in following up. Unfortunately the vehicle sold before I was able to come see it but Michael still offered to help be on the lookout for anything I may have been interested in.
