When i reached out to the dealer separately, they said the car is still available sale.We found that weird and frankly very disrespectful. We decided not to purchase from this dealer."

So while they get good marks for reaching out to us and then following up a couple days later, I had to do final follow up to verify if the car was still available before taking a trip to the dealership which is about two hours away from me. I proceeded to call 3 different times during the day I was planning to come by to see the car and each time I was greeted by a random response, not one that would make me think I was calling a dealership, but instead someones private phone line. Upon the additional calls I placed, I was greeted by a 'hold on' then the phone hitting the desk and progressive screaming and yelling in the background. While I was very interested in the vehicle, everything else about the dealership made me very uncomfortable, and this was before even meeting anyone there. I decided to cut my losses while I was ahead in this situation. I have no remorse about not doing business with this dealership... "

They tried to scam me by adding 2000 to the list price of the suburban, saying because of my credit, the price goes up. I believe the lady that started the process for the over the phone App was Alyson, After getting past the language barrier. I no luck getting thru to her, that I'm not paying more than the truck is listed for. She kept saying my credit is not good and the price is more because of it... I asked for the manager and he attempted to say the same thing. After explaining to him, I'm not stupid man, I can do simple math, the numbers you a telling me don't make sense.. Then I overheard him say on the phone "ok if he's a seroious buyer" do the deal with him Alyson at the list price". I have never seen anything like this.. Word of advise, Buy from a reputable dealer!!! Not this hole in the wall. If you do end up buying from them.. Check your numbers!!! There is a Loan calculator online so you can see what your payment would be before you buy.. "
