I never received it even after calling back and giving them my email again. I decided to just go look at the vehicle. I drove about an hour. When I got there they told me it had a check engine light , and a vibrantion. They were not pushy but i never did get to see the Carfax. I didn't buy from them. A couple days later I received a reply to my 1st email i sent them but it was about the wong car. "

Once I finally made contact with an actual person (Courtney), she gave me all the information on pricing: the listed price is actually ONLY if you are eligible for ALL of the rebates that they have. I arranged to come see the car on a Saturday morning, but we didn't make it until just before they closed. I called (about 1:30) and informed her that we were still coming. After driving 3 hours (with a small child), we arrived in time to see the car with a SOLD label on it. Apparently the car sold around 1:00 that day...BEFORE I made contact letting her know that we were still coming. (Apparently, some guy left a deposit for the car, and was coming back on Monday to close the deal.) On top of that, she never came out of her office to meet us and we were given the run around by two other people before we even spoke with another sales rep (David), who was actually nice, polite, and appropriate...just working in with a group of shady individuals. Two days later, David called to inform me that the deal fell through (*side eye*). As much as we would have loved to give David our business, I refuse to go another 6 hours to patronize this place!!!"
