When the deficits of the vehicle were pointed out, they claimed no knowledge. When our personal mechanic, with 40 years experience, told them what was wrong with the car, they had their own mechanic "look" at the car. Of course he told them to tell us that there was nothing wrong, it just needed new tires. When we pointed out the dent and missing light in the ground effects, they again claimed no knowledge. But, I'd taken a picture of the car ON THEIR LOT clearly showing the damage. We put new tires on the car, the noise and the problems with the car still existed. We took the car to a trusted dealer who acknowledged that the issue was in fact what our personal mechanic had advised them of, OVER a month ago. Additionally, this dealer disclosed my personal information to my EX husband. When I called to file a complaint about that, they didn't even return my call. This dealership is as shady as they come. Buy anywhere else!!"
