2011 Lincoln MKZ AWD for Sale in Springfield, MA

The cars were all pieces of crap! Every vehicle was saw was badly damaged. One we couldn't even take for a test drive because the front end was so messed up.

Purchased an older vehicle from them so I knew there would be some issues. Sold me the car without replacing anything on it after stating he did, a week after purchasing the car had NO coolant proves he didnt do anything to it, the car not start and Air Conditioner did not work. Told me to bring the car back while he looks at it. Did so 3x and each time the car STILL didn’t operate functionally. Please have a mechanic with you when shopping here!

Quick response to my inquiry. The car I test drove was a cute car, but the cost was too high for the damage I saw. Customer service was ok but not great. The salesperson definitely had patience when I checked out 3 cars but smoked in front of my husband who has asthma. What you see is what you get kind of place.

Sales person not personable. Brought vehicle from back lot to us and just left it running and said spend as much time as want to look at it. He just walked away and did not offer a test ride or answer any questions. Car was so filthy inside I would not even sit in it.

Dealer was very nice and quick to respond, just wasn't the car for me.

27 photos but they purposely leave out the area with over 3k in damages. Drove 3 hours round trip to look at the vehicle for 3 seconds and see the damage. Complete waste of time. Vehicle still listed without mentioning the major repairs needed. Shady shady shady.

Did not have car pulled around as they said it would be. Showroom is a call center. A landscape of cars. Car wasn’t given a second look on the interior. So it was doubtful it was checked out mechanically. Agent was helpful and good natured.

They didn't call me back to make my appointment, and who answer the phone was very rude.

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. They where honest and quick and fair.

Responded quickly to my request, but was not very accommodating to schedule a time to see the vehicle. Was told one of the sales team had take the car for the weekend and it was not available to be see .

Very nice, helpful not pushy, liked the car a lot but didn’t go thru with the deal due to damage in front end of car that they weren’t going to fix and found newer model less mileage!

Awful service and no customer relations skills whatsoever and half the cars you wanted to see did not turn on or needed gas and so on. Would never buy from them. I grabbed my keys and walked out on them

Went in to the dealership with an approved loan like it should with pmts and number fo months for the finance of a vehicle. Once i decide to buy vehicle the sales guy tried to get me into different loan with higher interest.Dont know what Harry was thinking i walk away after stories after stories and games with numbers.

I did receive a response to acknowledging request. I unfortunately found out via cargurus (Not the dealer) that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. The dealer did reach out over a week later to ask if I was interested in anything else.

Salesman was very helpful sending me additional pictures of the car I was interested in. He sent me a video, but unfortunately, the video was not clear.

Dealership staff were friendly and responsive but the car we wanted to test drive was dirty, had no gas, and had a maintenance due light on the dashboard.

We bought the vehicle. The entire process was a very positive experience. I had all my questions answered very quickly. I would highly recommend them. I could not be happier with my vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to others looking for a car.
