I wasn't pressured into buying a different car after the car I wanted wasn't negotiable. That's a plus for me when looking for vehicles ...no one likes pushy. But why I gave them a 3 star was the salesman that helped us was so awkward and made my experience uncomfortable . He rode the rest drive and seemed like a statue in the back seat. I tried to chat a little to make it not feel as if I was 16 and taking my drivers test. And he knew nothing about the vehicle, couldn't answer any of my questions . Even though I didn't end up buying a vehicle I probably would have gave this dealership more stars but that salesman made it a not so pleasant experience. If you're in the car business it helps to have friendly out-going staff "
