We worked well with dealer, unfortunately we never received the financial information that was to be emailed to us to work out a deal before driving five hours, we bought elsewhere.

Fake adds i saw car on cargurus page but when I got to the place they told me that the price that I saw online wasn't correct because they mark less prices online just to beat other competidor and the also the price posted is with all possible discounts applied (military, first responders etc) and in not military or nothing i just went there to buy the car that I Saw posted online. They are spaming people using false advertising

Never saw the car that was supposed to be there waiting for me. They tried getting me into something that was a higher price than what I was willing to pay. Had a family emergency and never went back. Took my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed. I contacted them for car,they asked me information for the car l.wanted to trade in then someone called me to schedule a test drive n hours after someone called me that the car was sold the previous day.Terrible experience.

I dealt with Russel from my initial contact and he was extremely responsive, followed thru with what he said he would do and even test drove a Kia with me, but quickly realized the Kia was not for me. He was honest about value and instead of pushing me into something a didn’t want, took the time to sit down and find me the vehicle I’m looking for. I will be buying my next truck from Russel in the coming weeks!!

I test drove a Kia with Russel, but he could tell the vehicle was not for me and instead of trying to push me toward something I did not want, he took the time to sit down and look up to see what he had coming in. They did get back to me . They are very professional. Actually I got short of money at my end and I did not wanted to offer them the money , which was not enough for that car. I am still searching and if I find any thing, I will get in touch.

Very accommodating. Would up purchasing a different vehicle than the one we looked ar originally. She pulled the car out of the middle and we test drove it. Very fast with the paperwork and getting it inspected. When car went through MD inspection we found a problem with front strut. They agreed to send the part and money for repair even though we bought car “as is”. Very honest. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Pete and he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and honest with the current condition. I didn't purchase the vehicle but I would definitely deal with them again if they had another vehicle I was interested in.

Called the dealership prior to going there to ask if the car was available and was told it is, after driving 45 minutes to the dealership I was told that they didn't have it and tried to show me something else. Don't trust a dealership who lies just to get people to the door. They basically listed a car they didn't have

Awesome customer service and support

This dealership is shady. They told me they sold me a 4x4 truck. It is a 2x4. They said it had packages that it didn't have. They overcharged me. They also messed up the title and didn't pay the right amount of taxes, I can't get the title and they won't answer the phone. DO NOT BUY HERE!

This dealership has a hidden fee. They try to sell if you accept their offer where you must pay additional fees and finance. I wasted my time going there. My recommendation is do not go to dealership if don't want pay additional $3-4K.

There is no where to park because the lot is full of cars. The van I went to see wasn't even available because someone put a down payment on it but its still online.

They were rude and it took over a week for a response.
