We have not purchased a car in a very long time and were hesitant about dealing with the whole buying process, but it was time to replace our 1999 Corolla and step into the 21st century. This car was a great find so we went ahead with it and were very pleased with how the purchase went. For us, it's like having a new car. We would recommend this dealership.

I did view the Enclave , decided not to test , as it was not in as good shape as the pics showed. I tested a 2009 BMW instead . The car was in fair shape . In need of a thorough tune up, running loud . The sales rep was personable, polite . When I asked about the noise , she explained , that is just how those cars are . I would have preferred her saying she was not sure why . That canned answer turned me off from buying from the dealership.

Excellent service received from Mr. Fuentes. He answered all my questions, concerns and very knowledgeable and professional thru out the process.

They have contacted me through email. I have asked about a virtual meetings and negotiations or completing all of that through email. Instead, they asked me to drive there. I live 50 miles away. I would rather know if they can work with what I can offer before I drive two hours roundtrip.

Although they were friendly, they are not very prompt to replying back. Too many multiple people contacted me instead of one trying to make it happen (lack communication in house). Nothing bad about there actual correspondences with me.

George and his staff are wonderful! I asked if I could have had a mobile pre-purchase inspection done and George was like, “Of course!”, which is a great sign. The inspection went great and the car was actually going for less than it was worth. The whole process was very smooth and it felt like I was buying a car from a family member! Highly recommend!

Car was great, dealer was a lil too edgy. He wouldn’t let me talk and over talking me, nor wasn’t showing any interest in selling me the vehicle. But Overall, decent. Cars are clean.

Did very good at keeping in touch and sending extra pictures but in the end we were unable to buy the vehicle because someone else bought it first. Nothing against them it’s just how things go sometimes.

Pretty easy process. Price on the sticker is what it is for used cars but their prices are fair. They don't add any hidden fees unlike other dealers. The only standard fee is a processing fee of $499. Everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly and makes the process enjoyable.

So far a great experience, Raj is a great guy... pulled the car out of the rain and into their massive parking garage so I could check the vehicle out. Still working on the details for the sale, however Raj has maintained contact but not too pushy!
