They try to reel you in with an inexpensive car ($12,995 Audit A4 2013), and then when you arrive, the car is "sold" (this happened to me twice within 1.5 weeks), and they show you something more expensive. In my case, they offered to find me the car I wanted, with a down payment (1st time visit). They also told me they could find me a car, "my guys are at the auction RIGHT NOW" to try to get me to move quickly (2nd time). The second time I was there, there was an Audi A6 parked right up front (seems like the "switch" car). The contact was very unprofessional, and came from a yahoo email address, and doesn't even appear to actually work for Maplewood Auto Mall (not on their employee website). Frequent poor reviews on Facebook. "
