Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "We got an appointment confirmed by one of the managers around 2pm to see that specific car at 6pm, so we traveled about 45 minutes to do it and if the car was the way it was described, buy it, but when we got to the dealer first they pretended that they had the car but brought us a different 4Runner. As it wasn't the one we specifically wanted to see they apologized saying that as the dealership is part of a company with 7 locations the car had been taken to another location and sold, and pretended that we see another 4 Runner they had available. We just think that maybe they just used the car to get us there and then tried to sell whatever other car they really have. We left very disappointed and I wrote a message to the manager who had set up the appointment, but never got an answer. We understand that if before we arrived they had a customer who wanted to buy the car they obviously had the right to sell it, but in that case they should let us know in advance so we didn't have to travel for nothing. That is jus not professional."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "I was looking at the 2013 chevy sonic hatchback. With 57,xxx miles for $6295. I test drove it, made a deal for $5600 out the door. Wanted to take it to a mechanic first to get it looked over. They were pretty insistent on me going to firestone, which is where they get their oil changes and simple fixes done. I agreed to go to firestone but after I left Nextcar I decided against it and took it to another mechanic. He looked it over and said it looked great, until he took off the transmission fluid cap. There was corrosion and evidence that the car is burning transmission fluid. I then took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion, he said the same as the first. They both seemed to agree that this car will only last another 20-30k miles before the transmission goes. When I told Next car that I couldn't buy it and why, they didn't seem concerned, just said "good to know." But now I see that the Sale is pending. Hopefully this person reads my review or has a mechanic look it over before purchasing. "
