Talk about misleading the customer! told me about a cracked piece on the rear bumper - only showed me a micro close up view of the damage - gave me the part number to replace it - I said OK - never sent me a shot of the entire bumper to show the entire bumper was creased and nothing aligned correctly - My estimate $1000+ in damage. Then had the vehicle parked back in an alcove in the service bay (poorly lit) so we could not get a good view of the damage when we arrived to close the deal - had to ask 3 TIMES to have the vehicle pulled out into the sunshine - These guys mislead and then tried to hide the problem - RUN do not walk away from these crooks! I drove 2 hours to do this deal and had EVERYTHING pre approved . . . This vehicle should have NEVER been GM Certified. SHAME ON YOU KNAPP!!!! YOU'RE SALES MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. "
