Herein lies the problem . Even though the truck was used, I would at least expect it to have all the things that it should, even though a 2014, ~ I did not receive an owners manual - ~I was told they would send a left tail light cover, as it was broken ~The side step, to.get in the truck, was missing an end plug, leaving the end open. The other 3, ok ~back seat is missing 2,3 head rests. ~I was given 1 key, a keyless entry with no back up? That I thought obvious to the staff, if lost, I can't imagine the cost to get somebody to help get in, depending on where I was 1,000's. All of the items, less the headrests, should have already arrived here. THEY COMPLETELY DROPPED THE BALL, after I drove off the lot. Pretty disappointed. The manual, tail light cover, end plug (step), and key are very important to me and after I spent $28,00.00, those are simple items, and everybody I have talked to, including other dealorships, would not have let these items slip, as they are a direct reflexion of the dealorship. A very nice truck doesn't look so nice without those items. Most question I was asked, "why did you get screwed, after what you paid"? I'm getting nautious, thinking about it. Thank you for your interest in this matter. It does need attention and the fix!"
