They then proceeded to ping hard credit request without asking me lowering my credit score this week by 26 points. Plus they STILL couldn't meet my parameters as to monthly payments. 3 hours of my time wasted and I missed a purchase on a different Mustang with a few more miles. Listen dealers = If a customer tells you their monthly payment limit is $400 per month,don't try to sell them a car for $465 per month and ping their credit multiple times in the process. Stay away from these people. "

He followed us ,But than offered us crappy cars instead. Very impolite, and had bad customers service. He should have called or emailed to give me a heads up not to waste time or gas money. Maybe sent a link of their other cars. I won't go back there again. This is a big city. So many other dealers. Guess he doesn't mind getting one customers disappointed by his rudeness."
