Avg. Dealer Rating: (37 reviews) "The price listed stated $8,994. However when I got to the dealership & asked to see the car, the offer price the salesman printed out a paper that read $13k..not even including taxes & fees. In addition to that, he mentioned there was issues that might not be worth the purchase. He wouldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. I would have been fine with them reducing the cost by the total cost of fixing the known problems with the vehicle. After that the salesman asked if I was open to looking at another vehicle. I told him that I was interested in paying no more than $10k for a used SUV. The salesman then showed me a Hyundai GT, which to me isn't even an SUV but anyway.. I drove it & liked it but the salesman told me that it'd be $216 a month & on top of that I'd have to pay $1,500 for my 1st payment (bc of only wanting to put $500 down). I said that I could make it work somehow bc for the yr, mileage + condition of the car that is a really good deal, but I needed the monthly payment to be $200 a month flat.. that was my maximum budget. He then tried to rebuttal me by saying "you're going to let 57 cents a day prevent you from having a car". From that moment I wanted to leave bc I had already been there 2 hrs & didn't have time to be peer pressured into overpaying my budget by $192 a yr. The salesman said that he would go talk to a manager to try & get the monthly down to $200 flat. 30 minutes went by & my patience was running low. I looked over & saw him chatting with a non-employee. So at that point I was fed up. Got there at 12:30P (I know this b/c I told an Alma I'd be there by this time & I was) and when I checked my phone it said 2:35P. I then grabbed my purse & headed for the door & on the way out told the salesman that I've spent way to much time here & had to be somewhere by 3P. He said that he was just wrapping things up. I was like "no, I have to go you can call me or email me when you figure it out" & I walked out. This clean cut very nice guy walks out as I'm almost to my car & asked me if I even liked the car. I told him "to be honest I'm in love with the pricing but not the car" then he told me that I'd probably be better off financing a brand new vehicle (you know just a $20,000-$40,000 car). I was like is this guy serious? I came for a beautiful, low priced, used vehicle then get told that the vehicle is $4k more & not working. Then I can't even get the salesman to take $16 a month off of the payment.. let alone take less than 2 hrs to close me on a deal. Like I get it, $500 down $200 a month w/ bad credit is a lot to work with but like at least give me a reasonable deal on the car I originally came to see. "
