“Great Gas Mileage”
You do have road noise. Not sure if it is the tires they put on them (Hancock tires). But when you have sirrus radio you tend to forget about it. The vehicle is comfortable. I enjoy the usb hook up. The gas mileage is wonderful. A trip to Memphis from St. Louis, I avg. 38.5 mpg. Around town I get 32 mpg. Love it. Would recommend it to anyone t...

"Verty slow to make the initial response (3days), and when did
responded none of my enquirers were addressed. After two back
and forth eMail, I found them to be very unresponsive, and stuck in
their way which was their side without consideration.
In conclusion, VW does not have a product or pricing issue, they
have dealership issue of incompetence and ability to think outside
the normal parameter thus the low and slow product penatration.
Very disappointed."
