“Surprisingly good and reliable Ford”

Good CUV to drive in city, spacious, fairly comfortable. Relatively cheap interior materials, good looking exterior. Worth to have for family long drive and daily commute. Not sporty. Poor radio and sound for base. No back up camera or sensors.

Yes, they stated it was "cosmetically challenged," which they told me on the phone and which I could see from the photos. I was willing to overlook that for a vehicle that "ran well" as they put it. Yet when we made the hour-long drive to Wahpeton to test drive it, we found considerably more than just cosmetic difficulties. Many of the seat belts, including the front passenger seat belt, were not even functional, so my family could not even safely test drive it. Plus, the rear air vents were completely missing and didn't blow any air at all. So we never even drove it out of the lot. Of course, had I known any of this I wouldn't have wasted the time to make the drive. On our way out, the salesman didn't care at all and didn't even offer the slightest apology. This was such a frustrating experience that I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. What awful service!"

As soon as he realized he had no sale with me, he turned away from me as I was speaking to him. I called to his attention that I was still speaking to him and he shrugged his shoulders and continued to return to the showroom. My first impression was that he was rude and arrogant. My sales person was told the parameters of my interest in the vehicle I was coming to check out. After a sub par inspection of the vehicle (torn upholstery on driver's side) I stated my budget and terms that I needed fulfilled. I was given no room for negotiation... the price was the same as advertised. I was not taken seriously and my time was wasted. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. They were arrogant and rude."
